For Sender ID
Requirements
Guidelines
Sender ID can be transactional or promotional
• Transactional services focus solely on essential transactions such as payments, banking, and account-related information. The advantage is that recipients will receive SMS even if they block marketing messages. However, telcos are stringent, and any marketing attempts can lead to immediate blocking and financial loss as the assigned SID becomes unusable.
• Promotional messages serve marketing goals, but if someone blocks marketing SMS by dialing *100# (in Kenya), they won’t receive them. However, you can still send marketing SMS
more freely, unless there’s significant backlash or you engage in fraudulent practices.
(Sender ID registration & rates will vary between different localities outside Kenya,
consult us for more)
Sender ID registration and approval period will depend on the telco)
Messages will appear with our default ID if you havent registered an ID with us!

WhatsApp pricing is determined by two components: Meta’s conversation-based fee (which varies per geo-location/ country) and Infopromo’s per-message fee ($0.005). Meta’s fee depends on the type of conversation and is charged in 24-hour intervals starting from the delivery of the first business message. The number of messages sent during a conversation varies by type.
These conversations promote your business, products, or services. They include offers, product recommendations, abandoned cart reminders, or any communication not classified as utility or authentication.
Utility conversations are tied to specific transactions, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, or recurring billing notifications.
Authentication conversations provide one-time passcodes for verifying user identity. These can be used at various points in the customer journey, including account creation, password recovery, or security checks.
Service conversations are initiated by customers, usually for resolving inquiries or support requests. Businesses can respond within a 24-hour window to offer assistance.
